Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Giatros AI (giatrosai.com), we strive to provide transparent and fair billing practices for all our users.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to our AI services, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds in the following specific cases:

- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
- Technical errors on our platform resulting in unintended billing not authorized by the user.
- Subscription cancellation within 48 hours of first purchase (applicable to first-time customers only).

Refund requests must be submitted to: support@giatrosai.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]".

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. 

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Please note that refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings interface.

Upon cancellation:
- Your plan benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after the cancellation request is successfully processed.
- Your account will automatically revert to the free Starter plan at the end of the paid period.
- You will retain access to your account and historical data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. DISPUTES

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your Giatros AI account.

4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
