PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GIATROS AI. BY ACCESSING OR USING GIATROS AI (THE "SERVICE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. MANDATORY MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
1.1 NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. Giatros AI (giatrosai.com) provides an Artificial Intelligence-driven information service for general educational and informational purposes only. 1.2 NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. Use of the Service does not create a physician-patient relationship. The Service is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1.3 EMERGENCY NOTICE. NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ ON GIATROS AI. IF YOU THINK YOU MAY HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
1.4 RELIANCE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Any reliance on the information provided by our AI models is solely at your own risk. Giatros AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Giatros AI offers a multi-model search and synthesis engine that utilizes three distinct Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide users with synthesized health information. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify the AI models used in the Service without prior notice.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
3.1 Age Requirements. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. DATA HANDLING AND DELETION POLICY
4.1 User-Initiated Deletion. Users may request the deletion of their data at any time. Upon request, Giatros AI will set "Deletion Flags" on the relevant records, rendering them inaccessible and queuing them for permanent removal.
4.2 Automated Data Purge. In accordance with our privacy-first philosophy, all temporary user session data is automatically purged whenever the Service's servers go offline, undergo maintenance, or perform scheduled system resets.
4.3 No Permanent Archive. Giatros AI does not guarantee the long-term storage or backup of user queries. Users are encouraged to save important information locally.
4.4 REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (HIPAA & GDPR). Giatrós AI is committed to the highest standards of health data privacy. We implement technical and administrative safeguards designed to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using this service, you acknowledge our data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Service Content. The Service, including its "Giatros AI" branding, logos, and software architecture, is the property of Giatros AI and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
5.2 User Inputs. You retain ownership of the queries you input. However, by using the Service, you grant Giatros AI a limited, global license to process those inputs for the purpose of generating responses.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any diagnostic or clinical medical purposes.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use the Service to generate "Deepfakes" or medical misinformation.
Bypass any security measures or rate limits.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIATROS AI, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS MODEL PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Giatros AI is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
